Digital products cannot be returned once downloaded.
All products sold on Digital Emporium are digital goods — e-books, media packs, templates, bundles, and other downloadable files. Upon successful payment, download access is granted immediately and automatically. Because the product is accessible and deliverable at the moment of purchase, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Why We Have a No-Refund Policy
- Digital products are delivered instantly — download begins immediately after payment.
- Once a file is downloaded, it cannot be "returned" like a physical product.
- The product content is fully accessible to the buyer the moment payment is confirmed.
- This policy protects our creators and the quality of our catalogue.
Refunds Are Not Issued For
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Accidental purchase of the wrong product.
- Not reading the product description before purchasing.
- Incompatibility with your device or software (please check requirements before buying).
- Partial use or dissatisfaction after downloading.
- Duplicate purchases made by mistake.
Exception — Technical Failure
The only situation where we will assist is if your download link is broken or expired and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of your complaint. In such cases, we will either provide a working download link or, at our sole discretion, issue a store credit.
This exception applies only before the file has been successfully downloaded.
